No Matter Where You Find Homes That Attract Your Attention, I can sell any of them to you!  Most importantly, I can negotiate any offer for you.  BUT, if you view a property with another broker, I may not be able to represent you.  If you see a sign, an open house, or even hear about a property, call me first and I will provide you with the information on that property and make all necessary arrangements for viewing it.  I can help you find new build communities and help the transaction with the builder go smoothly.

We Strive to provide quality service through knowledge with a plan.  As your Buyers Agent, I will provide the following services to make your search successful, pleasurable and rewarding:

Meet with you to review your housing needs.  We will discuss the pros and cons of buying a home in today's market.  We'll talk about your short and long term goals.  Discuss property values in a soft market and risk or benefits of fix up, short sale, and foreclosure properties.

Compile a list of your home requirements, such as, features, affordability and location.

If relocating, I will arrange tours in the communities your interested in.  I will help you find information on schools of interest, shopping, restaurants, hotels, business centers for future employment.

Evaluate and recommend the price range most suited to your financial ability and illustrate the benefits of pre-qualifying for a loan. I will also help to put you in contact with a qualified lender to obtain financing and a complete estimate of expected closing costs, including loan fees, prorations and escrow fees.

Make appointments for you to see homes you are interested in and give you vital information about the real estate market, values and specific prices, provide information on real estate taxes, utility costs and other pertinent information, to allow you to make the most informed decision possible.

Once you’ve found your new home and are ready to make an offer, I will prepare the offer according to your directives, explain real estate procedures common to the Colorado market and deliver it to the Seller’s Broker for approval.

After the contract has been approved by the seller, I will help you arrange for a qualified home inspector to inspect the property and guide you through the entire contract process in order to meet deadline requirements and conditions.

As your real estate professional, I will use care and skill in performing my duties and promise to maintain the highest degree of honesty and professionalism throughout the transaction. To the best of my knowledge, I will disclose all adverse facts regarding the property’s physical characteristics.

I will stay in touch with you from the first day of your search until the day you settle into your new home.  My service does not stop at the closing, I'll always be there to help you and answer your questions the best I can.
